AgentList.directory is a free, publicly accessible directory of agencies that develop AI agent systems. You may browse, search, and filter listings without creating an account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically download the directory in bulk without prior written permission.
• Use automated tools to submit false, misleading, or spam agency listings.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent any part of the site's functionality.
• Use the directory for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to remove access for users or IP addresses that violate these terms.

Agency profiles in this directory are compiled from two sources:

• Public GitHub data — repository names, star counts, programming languages, contributor metadata, and README content sourced via the GitHub public API. This data is publicly available under GitHub's Terms of Service.
• Agency-submitted information — details voluntarily submitted by agency representatives through our submission form.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current. Agency details (team size, pricing, availability) change frequently — always verify directly with the agency before making a hiring decision.

If you represent an agency and wish to update or remove your listing, contact us at the address in Section 5.

Where reviews or ratings appear on agency profiles, the following rules apply:

• Reviews must reflect a genuine first-hand experience with the agency. Fake, incentivised, or fabricated reviews are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
• You may not submit a review of your own agency, a competitor's agency for competitive purposes, or an agency with which you have no direct working experience.
• Reviews must not contain defamatory content, personal attacks, confidential information, or material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• We do not edit the substance of reviews, but we reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are inauthentic.

Review content represents the opinion of the individual reviewer only and does not constitute an endorsement by AgentList.directory.

AgentList.directory is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The directory is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given time.
• Any agency listed will deliver services to your satisfaction.
• The site will be available without interruption or error.

We are a discovery tool, not a staffing agency or marketplace. Any commercial relationship you enter into with an agency listed here is solely between you and that agency. AgentList.directory is not a party to, and bears no liability for, any such arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the directory or reliance on its content.

The design, layout, and original content of AgentList.directory (excluding third-party data such as GitHub API data and agency-submitted content) are the intellectual property of AgentList.directory.

Agency names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the directory does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by AgentList.directory.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
